Using Stories to Sell Houses
Using Stories to Sell Houses

I heard somewhere that the U.S. housing market is in trouble. Post advertising to the rescue? Not exactly.

While the U.S. housing market might be in the toilet right now, rich people don't know it. Prices for Manhattan apartments and vacation homes remain stable or continue to rise. And people continue to build new homes. Enter URBaCS. URBaCS wants to be the Flickr, YouTube and BlogSpot for new home builders all rolled into one. The company helps someone building a custom home tell the story of how their house got built, how they moved in and how happy they are about it.

Currently, URBaCS is only partnering with neighborhood development companies to help them showcase the many new homes they have available, but the eventual goal is to help new home builders turn their homes into stories.
